Your First Sunday
at DeWitt E-Free

Visiting a new church for the first time can feel intimidating — all of us have been there! That’s why we put together a short video to share a little about what you can expect. If you’d rather read instead of watch a video, keep on scrolling.

Questions and Answers

  • We encourage families to participate in the worship service together! We are a church for all ages.

If you’d like your littlest ones to go to the nursery, all who are age 3 and younger are welcome to do so.

During the sermon, kids age 4 through 6th grade are welcome to attend Children’s Church upstairs if they want to.

  • The worship service starts promptly at 9am with announcements and prayer followed by praise and music.

  • We’re not picky about translations so use whichever you prefer! The English Standard Version (ESV) and Christian Standard Bible (CSB) are the translations used from the stage most often.

  • Those who wish to contribute financially can do so by placing their tithes and offerings in the wood box near the main doors of the sanctuary/gym. Online giving is also available through the website or Church Center App.

  • Our praise team selects both hymns and modern songs for our worship services. Feel free to reach out to the church office to request a list of the most recent songs if you’d like to listen at home!

  • We provide an online stream of our weekly service for those who are unable to attend in person.
