Ralph Wilcox

Ralph grew up in Southern California and accepted Christ there when he was 25. He then moved to eastern Iowa to better follow Christ and has been here ever since. He has been attending DeWitt Evangelical Free Church since 2017 and has served as an elder since 2023. As well as his duties as Elder, he currently oversees the worship ministry (including playing in the praise band), teaches a Bible Study, and occasionally preaches.

Ralph will have been married to Sarah for 40 years in Oct 2026. They have four wonderful daughters, and seven grandchildren.

Now semi-retired, Ralph has worked close to 44 years in the defense-aerospace industry as a mechanical/systems engineer. Ralph likes technical subjects, playing cello, gardening, reading and especially being with his family.
